ArcheAge Chronicles map and regions

ArcheAge Chronicles launches with three regions in Auroria. Steam and the news release describe 60-plus zones and more than 1,000 exploration points. I will not invent a square-kilometer size.

The three regions

The October demo opened only a slice of Diamond Shores. Early Access opens most of that region and adds the other two. RaidDex’s main-quest split is 185 steps in Diamond Shores, 90 in Gylden Ruins, 91 in Astron Plains, and 2 in a place they call Whalesong Shores. That last name is a database label, not a fourth launch region on the store page. I keep it in the table while preserving a discrepancy: the listed regional rows sum to 368, whereas its headline says 366.

Size, ocean, and why there is no interactive map

“How big is the map?” has a published answer only in ratios: three regions, 60-plus zones, and a world described as about twenty times the demo. Ocean travel is part of the pitch. A kilometer figure is not. Interactive maps already exist on other sites; this page stays a table because those coordinate sets are someone else’s data.
