How attributes and gear work

ArcheAge Chronicles hands you three attribute points each level. One point raises one attribute by one. Trait points from Coilstones are a second pool and do not belong in this paragraph except as a warning not to mix them.

The six attributes

The progression post names the jobs. Strength adds physical attack. Agility adds critical rate and some physical attack. Constitution adds health and critical resistance. Intelligence adds magic attack. Talent adds magic attack, changes gear weight, and is tied to a penalty if you overload. Endurance adds stamina and defense. A Warrior question about “where do the points go” is this list, not a secret seventh stat.

Reset and the small blessing items

Golog’s Crystal Orb is the reset item named for attributes. Nui Tears raise Nui’s Blessing. The demo row says level 1 of that blessing is +20 health and level 2 costs two tears. Gear level caps and trait reset fees are not in the sources I used, so they are absent here. Equip weight matters because Talent is what raises the cap.
