ArcheAge Chronicles housing
Housing is part of ArcheAge Chronicles Early Access. That sentence is the official one. The plot counts and gold prices below are from a single guide, GrindNStrat, dated 3 November 2026. I am not relabeling them as XLGAMES prices.
What one guide measured
GrindNStrat counts 71 plots: 41 at Seaglass Harbor Residences in Diamond Shores (37 small, 3 medium, 1 large) and 30 at Centrium Village Residence in Heartland (18 small, 9 medium, 3 large). Lease length is 30 days. Sizes they print are 21 by 21 meters, 30 by 30, and 42 by 42. Deeds: 60 for a small plot, described as 30,000 gold equivalent; 240 for a medium, 120,000 gold, needing 1,000 Hersander Tokens; 480 for a large, 240,000 gold, needing 2,000 tokens. Pier Patrol is their source of 60 deeds. Roesin sells deeds at 500 gold, 15 a week. Blueprints are 5,000, 20,000, and 100,000 gold for small, medium, and large, in Romanesque or Gothic. They also describe a second and third floor, an annex, crafting stations, and an NPC housemate.
| Size | Footprint | Deeds | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small | 21×21 m | 60 | 1 source |
| Medium | 30×30 m | 240 | 1 source |
| Large | 42×42 m | 480 | 1 source |
What I will not upgrade
The original game let you drop a house in the open and pay tax. This guide describes leased plots and decoration. I will not claim the old tax system is gone just because this one article uses leases. Official copy confirms housing exists and stops there.
Questions people ask
Is there housing in ArcheAge Chronicles?
Yes. Official material lists it as Early Access content.
How much is a house?
Only one guide publishes deed and gold figures. They are marked as a single source, not as official prices.
