ArcheAge Chronicles demo: ended 26 October
The ArcheAge Chronicles demo ended on 26 October 2026 at 10:00 PT. The demo is no longer available as of 5 November 2026. Early Access, which opened on 3 November, is the way to play now.
What the demo contained
Official demo notices put the window at 19 October 2026, 10:00 PT, through 26 October, 10:00 PT. It was a short slice, about two to three hours, with all four classes, the first public PvP channels, and the hidden Throne of Hinnon dungeon. Steam Next Fest listed it among the most-played demos, in fifth place, in the launch news release.
Diamond Shores was only partly open. Early Access opens most of that region and adds Gylden Ruins and Astron Plains. People comparing the two builds are not looking at the same map.
Does demo progress carry over?
The public sources retained for this page do not establish whether demo characters transfer into Early Access. The transfer field stays blank rather than repeating an uncited claim. The current Steam purchase grants access to Early Access; it does not itself establish save compatibility.
